I am a qualified Naval Architect and I originally started using photogrammetry for ship and boat hull lines measurement, to assist with Ship Stability Analysis. You can see more of my Naval architecture and design work here: www.jbmarine.biz
I use the Photomodeler software to undertake the photogrammetry work, and also use Rhino3D, AutoCAD, ALIBRE and various other software for CAD work.
